Here is our project on EMY Organic Beauty cosmetics among the winners of the Smau Award 2019: Italian excellence, an innovation model for companies and public administrations.
A female project born from Emma, the only woman in the Frantoio Converso and persecutor of change as a corporate strategy.
It all started from the need to diversify the company in a period in which the demand for extra virgin olive oil on the market was penalized by competition and the sector crisis. The union between the production of high quality organic extra virgin olive oil and the passion for cosmetics and medicinal herbs has generated the idea of entering an expanding market. The cosmetic line has responded to the requests and needs of an increasingly attentive clientele in the choice of natural and allergen-free cosmetics.
The idea was awarded by Smau, an entrepreneurial relationship platform that connects companies to an innovation ecosystem: startups, incubators, accelerators, technological partners, public administrations.
